★ 19일 이상 병원 진료 출석 인정 신청 시 승인 불가입니다. (총 수업시수의 1/4일미만(18일) 신청 가능;)
If you apply for Hospital Excused absence more than 1/4 school days (more than 19 days) the department will not approve the application. ( Apply less than 1/4 of the total class hours in the semester(18 days))
★ 경조사 경우, 공식 문서를 첨부파일로 업로드하시기 바랍니다. 경조사 행사 사진 또는 비공식 문서는 승인 불가입니다. (공식문서: 사망진단서, 결혼증명서(혼인관계증명서), 가족관계 증명서 등) As Family Event, upload Official documents as an attachment. Photos of ceremonies or unofficial documents are not approved at all. (Official documents are Death Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Family Relations Certificate)
★ ★ 포털에 공결을 신청 후 진단서 또는 기타 증빙서류 (다른 공결 항목) 원본은 학부사무실(인사관 809호)로 반드시 제출하시기 바랍니다. 원본 서류 수령 후 학부사무실에서 승인할 예정입니다. After applying for an excused absence on the CNU portal, you must submit an original copy of required official documents (e.g., medical certificate, confirmation of treatments, etc) to the department office (Humanities Building, 인사관 809호). Once we receive your documents, we will approve your excused absence application. ★ ★
